Amy, what I’m trying to figure out is how to get the Amazon product image from a blog post to show up as a thumbnail when I share that post on Facebook. For instance, I recommend lots of books on my blog. I use the Amazon Affiliate images of those books in my post. When I share the post on FB, the book images do not show up as a thumbnail option. So, in a post where my only images are those of books (from Amazon), the only thumbnail option I have for sharing on FB is my lovely, smiling face. 🙂 I don’t want to use my face as the thumbnail, but I don’t want to share a post without a pic. Am I missing something really obvious here?
6. IZEA – IZEA works in addition to a blog or on its own. You get paid to blog, tweet, take photos and take videos. The pay is mostly based on your following, so if you want to make money with your tweets, you’ll need to grow you Twitter following.  Likewise, if you want to make money with blogs, you’ll need substantial blog traffic (more on blogging below).

Be professional. When you submit a résumé, don’t type it in ALL CAPS and please don’t avoid the caps lock like the plague. Know how to use it without looking incompetent. We’ve all heard those horror stories about folks who accidentally published personal content to their employers’ social media channels -- a marketer’s worst nightmare. So to avoid publishing mishaps like those, assign Facebook Business Page roles only to the employees who absolutely need it for the work they do each day.
